Laboratory Cabinets
The lower cabinets and laboratory upper cabinets made of galvanized steel, produced in different sizes according to your needs in your laboratory bench project, are compatible with the A-frame A leg, C-frame C leg, U-frame U leg, metal leg, plinth floor-mounted models that we produce.
Galvanized steel cabinet Cases are produced in thicknesses of 0.80 mm, 1.00 mm and 1.20 mm. Additionally, the cover parts are double-layered (double-walled). Thermal insulation can be applied to the inside of the cover according to needs.
Galvanized steel metal cabinets It is designed with millimetric drawings on a laser machine and is ready for painting by cutting the sheet metal without burrs, bending the prepared case using the latest technology bending (Abkant) machines, and then integrating the bent parts together with welding, spot or rivet systems.
The steel cleaned before painting is made aesthetically pleasing and chemically resistant to acids, bases and weak solvents with epoxy powder paint using the electrostatic powder coating method. This process is completed by baking. The paint is applied with an average thickness of 60-90 µm (microns) at 200°C. It is delivered to and the paint is coated on the metal.
Galvanized steel cabinets can be closed with 90 degree, 180 degree, 270 degree hinges with brake or non-brake hinges on their doors, or they can be designed as sliders or drawers. Drawers close easily thanks to telescopic brake rails. The handles can be 128 mm, 160 mm U type, or the length of the handle can be chosen according to your preferences.
All galvanized steel laboratory bottom cabinets and drawers can be designed as mobile (with wheels).
Under-counter MDF cabinetsThe bodies of the cabinets and upper cabinets are made of MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), which is a medium density 18 mm thick fiberboard with low formaldehyde emission. The edges of the laminate-coated MDFs are covered with plastic-based PVC tapes. Especially the edges of the doors are covered with 2 mm thick PVC tapes. Thus, corner resistance against external impacts is provided as well as a more aesthetic appearance.
The hinges used on the doors can be produced with braked hinges, if desired.
You can use your storage areas more efficiently with at least 1 shelf in the cabinet. The average carrying capacity of the shelves varies between 25 kg and 40 kg depending on their size. The number of shelves can be increased according to need. Optionally, glass doors can be made on the upper cabinets so that the products inside can be easily seen.
Stainless steel base cabinets It is a product preferred in situations where hygiene must be taken into consideration. Stainless steel cabinets produced according to the dimensions of your project are of ASTM 304 (Quality 304) quality. The cabinet doors are double-walled and reinforced to prevent stretching. In addition, the cabinet doors have braked hinges or drawer casings with telescopic brakes to ensure hard closing. Tandem rails can be used if necessary.
What is stainless steel? ASTM 304 (Quality 304) quality stainless is also called X5CrNi18-10 according to EN standard. Quality 304 has a good oxidation resistance in places where it is used for short periods at 870 ºC and continuously at 925 ºC. Usage range can be used up to -196 ºC.
under counter polypropylene cabinets Chemical storage cabinets can be used without problems for many years by carefully processing the polypropylene sheets used in the production of acid tanks and other laboratory equipment due to their chemical resistance.
Polypropylene pp chemical storage cabinets produced for the storage and storage of dense acids are produced in different sizes according to needs.
Whenever possible, it is preferred as an under-counter cabinet in non-metallic environments prone to rust.
