Acid Base Storage Cabinet AB 1000

We can produce economical solutions for removing harmful and flammable acid vapor with fan acid base chemical storage cabinets.

Acid base cabinets, storage of non-corrosive chemicals, storage of non-flammable chemicals, domestic chemical storage cabinets are suitable equipment for all needs. Optionally, the interior can be coated with polypropylene.

The body is manufactured from double-walled galvanized steel, after the cleaning process of the steel in the acid pool, it is coated with epoxy-based electrostatic powder paint and baked at 200 ° C.

Thanks to the 4 telescopic railed movable shelves inside, the shelves can be completely removed. If desired, the bottom shelf can be changed and used as a collection container.

While the fully opening covers make storage easier, air flow circulation is more efficient thanks to the vents on the covers. In addition, the seals between the covers prevent air leaks, bad odor distribution and hard closing of the covers.

The discharge process is carried out thanks to the imported 365 m3 capacity single-phase channel type fan with pp (polypropylene) impeller and PVC flame-retardant casing. The fan is mounted on the domestic chemical storage cabinet in a way that it is not visible. With the chemical storage cabinet, a single-piece PVC-based flexible chimney connection hose can be used to shoot up to 10 meters. In addition, fans with different capacities can be used according to the needs or an ATEX certified EX PROOF fan can be added optionally.

The shelves are always adjusted horizontally to the floor thanks to the sensitive ground adjustment pingos located under the acid-base chemical storage cabinets.

Optionally, PP Polypropylene trays can be made on the inner shelves of the chemical cabinets.

Chemical cabinets with fans can be produced in different sizes.
