The TopAir Downflow Workstation (Forensic Science Station) is a self-contained, ductless unit that protects laboratory personnel from harmful dust or fumes.

The Downflow Workstation features an open structure that allows for close examination of various laboratory materials while also providing a high level of protection. Particles or fumes flow down the stainless steel work surface, and contaminants are removed using various filters. After the fumes or particles are filtered, clean air is returned to the room.

This workstation is used in institutions such as forensic science to detect evidence and fingerprints.
