The ATN-2000 nitrogen determinator (protein analyzer) is a fully automatic system designed to user requirements and the national-standard Kjeldahl method, combining distillation, RGB colour-sensing automatic titration and protein calculation in one instrument. It features a 7-inch colour touch screen and a built-in thermal printer. It is used to determine ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in grains, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, water, pharmaceuticals, sediments and chemicals, in compliance with national standards, AOAC and ISO.
