Optimum Temperature Control
The reliable air-jacketed heating system, combined with PT1000 temperature sensors, ensures high temperatures with uniform internal temperature.
Superior dynamics ensure short recovery procedures for Heal Force CO2 incubators and compensate for fluctuations caused by the door being left open. This ensures reliable protection, especially for sensitive cultures, at all times.
Humidity Guaranteed and Condensation-Free
High humidity prevents cell cultures from drying out and maintains consistent osmolarity in the culture medium. In our CO2 incubators, the patented tilted water reservoir system maintains completely constant humidity.
Easy-to-Clean Design
Heal Force's unique, seamless, deep, removable interior chamber significantly simplifies cleaning in areas where contamination can accumulate. Heal Force incubators offer optimal usable space thanks to the absence of any additional fittings within the interior chamber.
Divided Interior Glass Door
Three interior glass doors (HF90) maintain a constant climate, minimize deterioration in humidity, temperature, and gas temperature, significantly shorten recovery times, and further reduce the risk of contamination. This allows multiple users to operate the same equipment.
Safe for Culture
Cell culture, in particular, is a highly sensitive process where valuable cultures of bacteria, viruses, fungal spores, and mycoplasmas can be destroyed or falsify test results, resulting in increased workload. Heal Force addresses this problem by using a unique design and effective method to ensure sterile conditions.
The HF90 is equipped with a 90°C moist heat disinfection system. This approved standard sterilization system ensures reliable destruction of resistant microbes, eliminating the need for additional procedures such as removing internal fittings.
A carbon dioxide incubator (CO₂ incubator) is a laboratory device with precise climate control used to maintain and propagate biological samples such as cell and tissue cultures.
A CO₂ incubator is an incubator that controls temperature, humidity, and, especially, CO₂ ratio. These environments are essential for the in vitro cultivation of sensitive biological systems, such as mammalian cell cultures. Media used in cell cultures (e.g., DMEM, RPMI, etc.) typically contain a bicarbonate buffer system. This buffer system requires CO₂ gas to maintain pH. Typically, the pH of the medium is maintained between 7.2 and 7.4. The CO₂ level will usually be around 5%.
