The CHL ATEX series laboratory refrigerators were developed for the safe storage of chemical samples at risk of creating explosive atmospheres. These devices are designed for use in areas classified as Zone 2 (Zone 2) in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.
The refrigerator's interior cooling chamber is explosion-proof and is marked II 3/- G Ex h IIC T6 Gc/-. This structure consists of non-sparking components and is manufactured according to Ex h type protection method in accordance with EN ISO 80079-36 to eliminate potential ignition sources.
The chamber structure is designed to minimize the risk of ignition and explosion in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. This feature plays a critical role in ensuring safety in explosive atmosphere areas identified by the employer's workplace risk assessment under ATEX Directive 1999/92/EC.
