The ATN-100 nitrogen determinator (also known as a protein analyzer) is designed on the basis of the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method. It is mainly used to determine ammonia nitrogen, protein nitrogen and other components in grains, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, water, pharmaceuticals, sediments and chemicals. The test method complies with national standards, AOAC and ISO.
