• Sample pan: 130 mm in diameter, ensuring even distribution of the sample for accurate measurements.
• UniBloc precision balance: highly resistant to temperature changes, measures with 0.001 g precision.
• Infrared quartz heater: the mid-wave infrared quartz heater has a long service life of 20,000–30,000 hours and provides efficient, successful drying for various samples.
• Various sample applications: the moisture content of grain, food and chemical products can be measured with 9 different drying and halting modes.
• Graphic display: the measurement process is shown on a bar graph display so that you can follow the moisture evaporation rate.

Shimadzu MOC-120H measurement modes

• Automatic halting mode: the measurement ends automatically when the moisture loss in the last 30 seconds is lower than the specified rate.
• Timed halting mode: the measurement ends automatically at the end of the specified time.
• Rapid drying mode: drying at the highest temperature for the specified time.
• Slow drying mode: dries samples gently without altering them.
• Step drying mode: for samples with a high water content, allows drying conditions to be changed in up to 5 steps.
• Predictive measuring mode: predicts the result from preparatory measurements and the drying process.
