Sample Sock Dyeing Machine

Sample sock dyeing machines are specially designed for sample dyeing processes of various materials such as socks, zippers, fabrics, yarns in the laboratories of textile dyehouses. It provides safe and efficient use in high float (max. 75 gr) dyeing processes at temperatures between +5°C and 140°C.

Sample dyeing tubes made of stainless steel are positioned in the bath tank operating in liquid medium. Thanks to the parameters set to the temperature-time control computers, homogeneous heat distribution is achieved at the desired values.

The system, which offers multifunctional use for HT (high temperature) and NT (normal temperature) sample dyeing, is also offered with a dosing tube option depending on the user's request.

It provides ease of use in the laboratory environment and creates ergonomic working conditions thanks to its self-standing design.
